This home offers direct access to Long Pond and includes use of the owner's canoe, kayak and several floats.

Within a few miles of local restaurants and NH Route 4 Antique Alley shops. Terra Cotta House is only a 30 minute drive to either the state capital, Concord, NH or the lovely seacoast town of Portsmouth, NH.

The Terra Cotta House has two bedrooms (one king & one queen size bed) and two full bathrooms.
Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and more.

Rental Rates:
$1,100 per week (seven night rental)
$400 per weekend (two night rental)
